Meet The family

Hi, my name is Sarah, and together with my husband Adrian and our family—Tallulah and Sacha—we run AE Building Services. We’ve been in business for 19 years, starting with our very first order of just £200!
Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with wonderful customers on a wide range of projects, including extensions, renovations, listed properties, new builds, and commercial work.

We’ve built a solid reputation, thanks to our fantastic team of tradespeople and our hands-on approach. Adrian manages the business on-site, working directly with our team and clients, while I manage the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—organizing projects, securing materials, and keeping things on track.

Our son Sacha, who’s almost finished with school, is eager to join Adrian on-site, while our daughter Tallulah has successfully launched her own holiday lettings business at the age of 18.

Beyond work, we love spending time as a family—enjoying long walks, caring for our animals, gardening, and staying connected with our friends and community.
